This depends on your situation, as every client is different. On average we find pharmacy owners $30,410 in annual tax savings, relief pharmacists $9,380 in annual tax savings, and staff pharmacists $4,770 in annual tax savings.
Absolutely! We work with clients in all provinces in Canada except for Quebec. Thankful for advances in technology, we do not need to come to your pharmacy to collect a shoebox of receipts. Documents can be uploaded via our secure client portal and third party apps such as Quickbooks and Hubdoc.
It depends! What services do you need our help with? Typically, we start with tax planning services to help you find tax savings each year, then work together on annual accounting, tax filing, and wealth management services. Book a free consultation today and together we can build a package customized to your situation.
Our office is located in downtown Mississauga, Ontario at 4 Robert Speck Parkway Suite 1500, across the street from Square One Mall. You are welcome to visit us in person anytime! Most of our clients work during the day and don't have time to travel to our office, so most of our communication is done through virtual meeting, phone, and email.
Great question! We are specialists, we only work with pharmacists, dentists, and doctors. Many other accounting firms are generalists, working with clients from multiple different industries. Pharmacists who switch to us have told us that their accountant doesn't understand pharmacy and does not give any advice. Pharmacists prefer to work with someone who knows their industry well and gives advice how to pay less tax and grow their business.
Many accountants, great people by the way, charge really low fees, so they have to file thousands of tax returns just to keep the lights on in their business. As a result, many pharmacists are treated like a number and do not get any advice. Their accountant is so busy filing tax returns that they do not have time to sit down with you to give you the advice you are looking for. Result? Little to no tax strategies put in place, meaning you are overpaying in taxes and many have no idea!
